One of my favorite old pen-and-paper games when I was in school was Paranoia. You live in a world where a computer runs everything, and you've just been assigned the job of troublshooting all sorts of fun and exciting things around the Alpha Complex. Thank goodness you have six clones or you wouldn't last 10 minutes. The text on the webpage linked below pretty much says it all. With a truly wicked GameMaster, you're assured to spend plenty of time "happy".

It's been out of print for a long time, but Mongoose Publishing has officially made my decade by presenting Paranoia XP. Make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom - they've included PDF downloads of the character sheets and other useful stuff to go with the books.
